produced by a dedicated team of winemakers, combining state-of-the-art winemaking with unique terroirs, microclimates and the spirit of Southern Bulgaria. The winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, pure varietal wines, as well as their blends with local grapes such as Rubin, Mavrud, Dimyat and Misket. The wines are aged in barrels of Bulgarian, Californian and French oak.
